Return and shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us!  We want to make sure we're providing the best service and quality products, if theres a problem with your order or you're not 100% satisfied we would love to help! 

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only.

Return shipping will be the customers responsibility we do not cover return shipping cost.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return/ exchange- you can contact us at howdyy.honeyy@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to help! just send an email including your name, order number, and if you would like to return for store credit or exchange for another size/ color.

Damages and issues, Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items purchased with a coupon code, any intimate items , accessories, jewelry, or any custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given store credit in the form of a gift card. please note that the refund will not include the price you paid for shipping only the cost of the item.
